Dewar Hastings, Charlie Davis and Claude Taylor comprise the design and project management team. Dewar has a catering and architectural background with an interest in interior design, Charlie has a mechanical engineering background, and specialises in the leisure market, and Claude has a sales and marketing history, and has worked in all sectors of the catering market. Between them, they total more than 75 years experience in the hospitality industry. 
Of course there is serious backup to the above, Clint, Deanne, Coleen, Judi and Emily are a vital part of the team and handle the administrative, finance and drafting aspects, without whom the extensive and complex projects handled could not be professionally managed.
