KDH Catering Design Concepts is a commercial catering design consultancy, and operates independently of any equipment suppliers. Our focus is on design and project management, not on the supply of equipment. We have been together since 1 August 1996, and have 2 members: Charlie Davis & Dewar Hastings. Claude Taylor is an associate member of the company.
KDH Catering Design Concepts cc handles all project types, from executive dining areas to Casino/ Resort developments, in South Africa and abroad.

The company employs 8 persons, full and part time. All employees have a background in the industry, and specialize in different areas, including design, equipment specification and project management. All drawings are created in an AutoCAD format, and can be emailed to all relevant parties, enabling a fast and accurate flow of information. We have recently invested in upgrades of our software and hardware, including ADSL communication lines, colour plotters, the latest available versions of AutoCAD including 2010 and lastly a full scale battery backup system. We have a Professional Indemnity Insurance to protect all parties.
